| I have lived in the Spokane area for most of my life and I absolutely love it! I completed a BA in Marketing from Eastern Washington University and sold sport boats, cruisers and motor yachts for 5 years while finishing my degree. I developed a passion for real estate while buying some investment properties locally in 2002. I made the leap into real estate as a Realtor in March of 2005. In 2007 I became an "Associate Broker" with Windermere Real Estate in Washington State and in May 2008 achieved the same designation in Idaho. My sister Kim was hired on as a licensed agent under me in April 2007 and has been a great asset to our ability to provide a high service level to our clients. In February 2009 I launched Extant Realty Inc. and have never looked back. I continue to actively invest in real estate today and always will. Investment real estate is my passion and I love helping investors build wealth through the wonderful world of real estate investment. Real estate is a life career so I will not only be working for you but hopefully for your referral as well. |
